Characters

There are a few characters in Kruega's day-to-day life that he mentions frequently, and a couple less frequently that have had a significant impact on his development. Below, these characters are listed, with brief descriptions, and links to anything that would aid in visualizing this character: entries in this journal, Moon Guard Wiki pages, art of the character hosted on sites like DeviantArt, etc.

Theran Sunhammer

Before being taken in by the Burning Tusk Tribe, Kruega was a part of a small tribe of tauren calling themselves the Stonecalves. In this tribe, Kruega met Theran, and became his student. Theran taught Kruega everything he knows about his powers, and how to make the most of them to protect others.

The tribe dissolved after some time, and Kruega lost contact with Theran when this happened. He would find him again at his funeral, held in the Stonecalves' home. Later, Theran would reappear, having been rebuilt as a Dark Iron automaton. His original personality was lost, and his behavior became erratic and insane. He met his end by Kruega's hand, after Theran attacked a friend of Kruega's and realized what he had done, and that the damage done to him was irreversable.

Pipiltin Sharptusk

Pipiltin is an elder of the Burning Tusks, and like a sister to Kruega. She is a troll shaman and warrior, and Kruega's current mentor in the ways of the tribe and spiritual-related thigns. Some time ago, Pip incurred an injury that resulted in the removal of half of her brain, and as a result she acts mainly on impulse and passion, and cannot read or write well, but she is wise in the ways of the world and of the spirit realm. She is also the tribe's chef, and is damn good at it.

Today, Pipiltin is teaching the tribe the ways of Spirit Walking. Kruega is attending these classes.

Urukha Sharptusk

Like Pipiltin, Urukha is an elder and shaman in the Burning Tusk Tribe, and seen also as sister to Kruega, however she is an orc, and yes, she is lifemated to Pipiltin. She is a tracker and hunter, and often acted as a mentor to Kruega when Pip wasn't avalable. She is also very fashion-conscious, and is responsible for dressing Kruega in practically every piece of clothing he owns - if it were up to him, Kruega would be content wearing just his leather vest and shorts.

Currently, Urukha is the acting leader of the tribe, in its Regent's absence.

Mukwa Elkhoof

Mukwa was once a wise and powerful tauren druid, but fell victim to a parasite that literally ate away at his brain. He became simple and childish, though his love of those he considered family didn't change, and every now and again his talent in alchemy would show itself. He serves as a reminder for Kruega not to judge others on first impressions, and what it means at the core to be a Burning Tusk.

Recently, Mukwa created a potion that regenerated his missing brain tissue, and has regained his lost mannerisms and is slowly regaining his memory. Since then, he has been a source of great wisdom for Kruega.

Ferak

Ferak is an initiate to the tribe, a male orc with an interest in archaeology. A series of expeditions into places touched by Old Gods led to Kruega coming under the influence of Yogg-Saron, and the two worked together to solve this mystery with some help from the rest of the tribe.

Kruega hasn't seen him since then, and wonders if he's alright...

Annjia

Annjia is an elven death knight, and until recently, a friend to the Burning Tusk Tribe. Nobody knows much about her history, as she keeps to herself, but Kruega has come to her on several occasions to speak of things troubling or confusing him. She always listens and usually has advice or explanations for him.

Nemeiah Weldon

Nemeiah is an undead human priestess of the Holy Light. She was once reclusive and frightened of the world after her awakening, but has warmed up to others since then. She and Kruega have explored each other's beliefs in the Holy Light and the Earth Mother, and the two often speak of their spiritual beliefs and differences in culture.
